We have been in the catering business for more than three decades & always strived for excellence each day. All dishes have been systematically deconstructed & reconstructed over the years to provide our client with a reinvigorated taste & experience. Furthermore, we thrive on creating a concept that is a coalescence of food, decor & management, with the crux being the highest quality of global cuisine.
One of our major focal points is also our creative display of food stations at any event. As we believe a visually appealing decor will enhance your guests’ perception & taste of the food. We now & again invest our time & effort in creating new display designs as per the category & magnitude of an event. In the same manner, our dedicated team of expert chefs work on multi-faceting of our menu & together we impart excellence. Through our journey, we’ve built an impressive list of weddings, corporate meetings & beau monde events we have catered at, all with the support of our strong team.
Our plan is to expand into a global catering company that imparts its clients with a holistic experience by providing Lawns, Banquets, Clubs & Decor along with Catering. Moreover we would be paying special attention to a Sanitized & Secured Environment by thorough cleaning of food, cutlery & all access spaces. Flavors’ dedicated team would be working together on every element leading to the final commencement of inspections before the event & come through with providing an experience par excellence together.

Indoor catering is all about an intimate gathering of people for an event. It requires setting up a perfect ambience, mood & an elaborated menu to set the tone for an evening. At our banquet -Tatvam , a wholesome experience is provided to the clients, by proffering them with an orchestrated seating arrangement & the right ambience along with well sanitized facilities. The set-up in the banquets are designed as per your requirements.

Outdoor catering has established the foundation of our company. We started out with small-scale outdoor events & progressed into managing beau monde events over the years. With a highly supportive professional team, we curate & design elegant catering stations along with design customisations done as per client’s requirements. Centering down to culinary arts, global cuisine & a furbished presentation at the venue being at the cap of the list. We also provide a beautiful venue - Ariva Lawns for lavish outdoor weddings along with opulent decor & theme, as per your requirements. Mr. Paresh Desai has been in the catering business for the past 30 years. Food in itself has been one of the most important elements, since the conception of mankind. Few such relatable examples are ‘The Last Supper’ painting & the story of ‘Adam & Eve’. He has always believed in The Power of Food & works on enhancing it with each passing day.
“As a food enthusiast, I love travelling to different parts of the world to gain inspiration from the myriad varieties of cuisines available out there. I systematically deconstruct & reconstruct the mixtures of tastes from the global cuisines & incorporate them into my menu, giving it an individualised & contemporary touch. A medley of tastes, makes one more curious, I believe.
It is because of this passion & gusto for food that I started my catering business. Always being of the opinion, that food would taste even better with a holistic experience by way of the art of presentation, creative decor, warm hospitality & culinary artistry. It’s not just the taste that makes us stand out, but also the essence of discipline we incorporate along with our expertise in serving the clients that sets us apart from the rest.
